Projects Update Q3 2021

The Quad Cities Chamber works with a variety of companies on relocating to or expanding in the region. Find information below on the business attraction and expansion projects the team worked on in the third quarter of 2021 as well as some highlights of our recent successes.

Quad City Engineering's new owner adds employees, expands business during COVID-19

  • New owners bring new life to Quad City Engineering in East Moline, IL
  • Investment of $500,000 in new equipment
  • Added 7 new employees to the company

There are a total of 29 projects to date for FY22 compared to 27 for the same period last year.

Quad Cities Chamber staff received 20 requests for information and completed 13 proposals. In addition, staff hosted one site visit with company representatives.
