Traditional office locations are moving more towards open space versus individual work areas. As employees stay remote to work on individual projects, the office will be for collaborative and social aspects.
Drawbacks
Companies are learning to be flexible and responding to the needs of their staff. As companies move to more dynamic workplace strategies, reconfiguration will need to occur as square footage needs are not as large as pre-pandemic.
