Office Use in Region Varied - Remote, In-Office, Hybrid

• Office users large and small across the region continued to adapt and work in a variety of environments whether 100% of employees in the office, 100% remote and many hybrid versions.  
• While it was unclear what the future holds for the corporate office sector, there does seem to be a trend amongst regional companies that the post-COVID future will lean more toward a hybrid version vs. full in-person or full remote environments.

Drawbacks

• While companies indicated that work-from-home employees continued to be productive, one challenge they continued to monitor was employees feeling socially disengaged from their co-workers and sometimes lack of team collaboration due to virtual versus in-person gatherings.
