Workforce, taxes, quality of place — what matters most to your business?

Each year, we ask Chamber members to complete a short survey to gain insight on issues important to the regional business community. Having a clear understanding of the challenges businesses face as well as the successes achieved helps us identify Regional Advocacy Priorities for the 2023 Iowa and Illinois legislative sessions. That slate of priorities becomes the focus of the conversations we will have with local, state and federal elected officials in Des Moines, Springfield and Washington D.C. And the focus of conversations we will have here in the QC, as we bring them to you during Chamber Legislative Forums.

Take 10 minutes now to answer the 2023 Public Policy Survey (the survey is now closed), which includes questions about workforce readiness, quality of place, business climate and more. Share your needs and concerns, what is and is not working for your business, and help us identify the steps, policies and best practices that will benefit your business and the QC. Responses are submitted anonymously and the survey will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 11.
