QC Chamber earns U.S. Chamber of Commerce Accreditation ranking

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has awarded the QC Chamber the prestigious Accreditation designation in recognition of its sound policies, effective organizational procedures and significant positive impact on the community it serves.

Our accreditation confirms that the QC Chamber operates as one of the top-performing chambers in the nation."

The U.S. Chamber's Accreditation Program establishes the benchmark for excellence in the chamber industry, promoting a pro-business environment nationwide. “The U.S. Chamber of Commerce accreditation process is a rigorous application that reviews multiple areas of performance within the QC Chamber,” said Brietta Collier, Chief Financial Officer for the QC Chamber.

The multi-part application assesses chamber governance, finance, human resources, government affairs, programs, technology, communications, facilities and benchmarking. This comprehensive self-assessment process, which typically spans 6-9 months, reflects a chamber’s dedication to continuous improvement and measurable progress.

As one of 191 nationwide chambers with four-star accreditation, our members can be confident that we have the skills and experience needed to drive regional growth,” explained Collier.

The final determination on accreditation is made by the Accrediting Board, a committee of U.S. Chamber board members and chamber CEOs from across the country.
