Glass to become President, Total Solutions
After 15 years of amazing work with the Quad Cities Chamber, Kristin Glass, Chief Strategy Officer, announced she’s taking on a new role as President of Total Solutions.
“We owe Kristin a lot of thanks for her tireless and selfless efforts to make the Chamber and the Quad Cities region a better place,” said Paul Rumler, President & CEO, Quad Cities Chamber. “I’m really proud of Kristin and her long list of accomplishments to create a prosperous regional economy where all can thrive.”
Kristin started with the Chamber in 2006 as an eager marketing intern. She ends her Chamber tenure as a highly experienced and regarded Chamber executive having led the organization very effectively, Rumler said.
Over the past 15 years, she has worked in various roles, including Chief Strategy Officer; Vice President, Membership; Vice President, Investment Relations; and Interim CEO from 2017-2018. Her accomplishments while at the Chamber include:
- Led the creation and implementation of a tiered dues membership model
- Merged three chambers' membership models together during the creation of the Quad Cities Chamber
- Led multiple investment campaigns to generate support for the Chamber’s work
- Led the regional talent study to identify regional strategies to address talent challenges
- Leaving the organization in strong financial standing and a great team in place
- Completed the Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) program
- Leaders Under 40 recipient
“I’ve had the privilege to learn from some of the best leaders over my 15 years at the Quad Cities Chamber. Their mentorship and my experience position me well for this new role. I am excited to lead Total Solutions into the future,” said Glass.
