Five honored with Chamber Ambassador Emeritus
During the Quad Cities Chamber 2025 Annual Meeting, five people were honored with a new designation - Chamber Ambassador Emeritus. This was given to long-term Ambassadors who’ve generously served as volunteers to the organization for 10 years or more. Collectively, they represent approximately 130 years of service.
Recipients are:
- Ron Crouch
- Zobeida Laufenberg
- Mike Laufenberg
- Janice Mohr
- Ken Vandersnick
Chamber Ambassadors are a volunteer extension of the Chamber and are essential in carrying out the organization's mission to support the business community. They help celebrate member achievements through events like ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, business celebrations and events.
According to Deanna Jensen-Valliere, Manager of Member Engagement for the Chamber, "The Ambassador Emeritus's years of dedication and service are a gift to our organization and our Quad Cities community. They have given generously of their time, energy and heart to support our Chamber’s mission and strengthen the businesses and people we serve. We are grateful for them."
