Fall 2023 Chamber Event Series: Become Immersed in the QC Business Community

August 29, 2023
Quad Cities Chamber Fall Events

No matter your industry or interests, the Chamber Fall Event Series is empowering our members to connect and build relationships with QC businesspeople and leaders. At each event, we provide a stage for you to gain timely, relevant information that ties to the success of your business and our region. Come get connected with fellow members and to fresh ideas so we can create a common thread for our business community to take steps forward towards elevating our region.

At our Fall Coffee MeetUps and Business Exchange events, you’ll meet new professional peers and build valuable connections in a fun, relaxed setting that facilitates genuine dialogue. During our 2024 Economic Forecast, you’ll gain insight into the state of our local, regional and national economies, obtaining the information you need to make sense of economic indicators and be better equipped for the year ahead. Additionally, our Manufacturing Hub Huddles & Hub Brews are bringing together local manufacturers for networking and industry-specific programming that enables members to discover partnerships, resources, technologies and markets that will be key to industry growth now and into the future.

Each event offers the opportunity to obtain valuable information and uncover opportunities for growth for yourself and your business. Take advantage of this path to get involved, share ideas and take on a greater role in creating a stronger QC.

Marcy Hyder, Chamber Executive Director of Membership & Events, said, “We designed our 2023 Fall event series with the goal of offering our members unique opportunities to connect with fellow Quad Cities business leaders in enjoyable settings. Our hope is that these events lead to greater engagement in the Quad Cities business ecosystem and lead to long-term collective wins for our region.”

Coffee MeetUp

Start your Friday by meeting and connecting with members across business sectors. A casual morning event: stop in and stay as long as you’d like. There are no formal speakers or presentations. This event is free and for Chamber members only. Enjoy a cup of joe as you become immersed in conversations with regionally-minded Quad Citizens.

Business Exchange

You’ve likely never networked like this before. Business Exchange is a fun event designed to help build your network and remove that sometimes awkward process of meeting and connecting with others. People want to do business with people they know, so you’ll sit at a table with other professionals and answer a few fun guided questions about your business and yourself, prompted by emcee Rick Davis. Then switch tables and do it all over again. And when it’s over you’ll leave with a complete guest list with full contacts, giving you the opportunity to get to know them even better. This event is for Chamber members only and registration is limited.
