QC, That’s Where?

That's where 'YOU' belong!

The Quad Cities community offers an openness that makes people feel welcome, valued and respected; a pleasing balance of urban and natural; and a choice of things to do where people can gather with neighbors and feel like they belong. Proud Midwesterners who don’t forget where we came from and who know where we’re going. Our family of communities is connected by the Mississippi River, with downtowns and main streets of character on one of the world’s most storied waterways. Each community is a distinct member of the family but cut from the same quality-of-life cloth, which to Quad Citizens means that we share an easy rhythm of everyday life.

QC, that's where affordable meets fun! Where you can create your own path; with access to affordable housing, a wide variety of entertainment and satisfying workplaces — all these enhance everyday well-being, plus people can afford to buy, rent, live and play in the QC. It offers access to the world, on its doorstep - with a central location and affordability it's easy to get to where you want to be. Even better is that living here brings all aspects of life within reach — our entertainment, connection to the outdoors, festivals, little league and volleyball tourneys, our craft beer industry, restaurants and all the other leisure activities that make the QC what it is. QC, That's Where?
A Connection to the World!

The QC is the heart of the Midwest, connected by one of the world’s most renowned rivers, the Mississippi and the regional towns it gave birth to over the centuries.

Five major cities make up the Quad Cities metro: Bettendorf and Davenport Iowa, East Moline, Moline and Rock Island Illinois. The entire QC is a family of communities in a six-county bi-state region: Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Counties in Iowa & Henry, Mercer and Rock Island Counties in Illinois. It's within a 300-mile radius of 41 million people with close access to major markets: Chicago, Minneapolis-St. Paul, St. Louis, Des Moines, Omaha, Kansas City and Indianapolis.

QC offers an open-minded network and drive that make the region a hub of ambition; with an opportunity to live in a place that’s as genuine as it is quirky, where you can start something and make a difference, and enjoy the well-being of an authentic community along with the freedom of connection to the world.
