Are you looking to find opportunities for business growth within our area’s defense industry supply chain? Then you won’t want to miss the next Hub Huddle from 9-10:30 a.m., Friday, March 8!
The Quad Cities Manufacturing Innovation Hub has access to a new Supply Chain Mapping (SCM) tool as part of the Illinois Defense Industry Adjustment program to help regional manufacturers and others in the defense industry supply chain better understand complex data related to defense spending in the region. Join Jaimy Szymanski, Business Development Associate for the Hub, as she reviews the Supply Chain Mapping tool capabilities, case examples, and how you can work with the Hub to extract insights from this powerful tool to assist with business growth.
How can I benefit?
The Supply Chain Mapping Tool can be used to aid companies in identifying government contracting and partnership opportunities within our region in order to diversify their supply chains and/or retain wealth within the Quad Cities.
How does it work?
The Supply Chain Mapping Tool collates multiple data sources in its analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) sales, DoD weapons systems awards, DoD award opportunities, contracting office to prime contractor flows, and prime to sub-contractor flows – including risk and opportunities analyses for businesses.
This event is free to attend. Please register at the link HERE>>. Time will be provided for Q & A and networking with other attendees.
