Learn about contracting opportunities with the US Army Corps of Engineers at Industry Day

Join the US Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District for its first ever Industry Day, hosted by Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Rock Island Post and featuring the upper Mississippi Valley districts of the Corps (St Louis and St Paul).

Held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 28, the event will provide area businesses a platform for direct engagement with the Corps as well as educational opportunities to position your company to be successful in government contracting.

Lunch will provide the opportunity to hear from the St. Paul and St. Louis districts – two additional districts residing in the Mississippi Valley Division – to learn about their upcoming opportunities and how to best do business with their districts. AME national leadership will also present awards.

1:30-4 p.m.                  Roundtable networking sessions with the Corps of Engineers (pre-arranged) and exhibitor networking with other businesses and resource partners         
The roundtable sessions will provide companies the opportunity to have a small group opportunity to market their business and have direct interaction with the office that best aligns with your company’s capabilities.  The sessions are pre-arranged and scheduled on a first come first served basis during the morning sign-in/registration. During this time, attendees can also network with other large business and resource partner exhibitors and/or other businesses in attendance.
