The InternQC program is designed to help young talent build valuable friendships and connections, gain access to professional development resources and make a lasting impression so that the Quad Cities is top of mind for young professionals come graduation time.

The interns enrolled in the program have access to all YPQC programming throughout the summer as well as exclusive events for InternQC participants that showcase the region. Look to enroll your interns into this program in the springtime.

Talent Attraction & Retention

Take advantage of the videos we’ve produced to showcase the region and attract talent; use them on your website and in your employee recruitment efforts. Here are a few of our most popular videos:

Power Up Your People

Why work in the Quad Cities? This is a region that thrives on new ideas, encourages collaboration over competition, and invests in our people to push our community forward. We are building a culture of fearless talent, allowing each other to dream bigger than they thought they could dream.

Quad Citizens Can’t Stop the Feeling

This project showcases community pride and the people and places of the Quad Cities that make it a great place to live, work and play. When Justin Timberlake challenged the nation to make their own version of his "Can't Stop the Feeling" music video, YPQC accepted the challenge as an opportunity to showcase Quad Citizen swagger. To date, the video has amassed 557,000 views on Facebook, another 53,000 on YouTube and has been shared over 10,000 times! We are very proud of this project and hope you will keep sharing with your friends, colleagues and use this as a talent attraction and retention tool.
