Young professionals are looking for vibrant communities, environments where they can easily connect and build a strong network for success. Last September, YPQC aligned its work with Q2030 regional action plan and created a YP Think Tank to champion efforts in retaining talent and improving quality of life for YP’s.

After the viral success of the Quad Citizens Can’t Stop the Feeling video, the YP Think Tank wants to use the momentum to grow civic pride in our community and show off the positive swagger in the region. The YP Think Tank is working on establishing a set of Quad Citizen common values to share with the community, in an effort to inspire others to take advantage of the opportunities available in the region.

YP Think Tank members transforming the region include:

Bill Allison, Local 25

Katie Beirne, Genesis Systems Group, LLC

Ryan Cannady, Deere Employees Credit Union

Marlo Clarke, Scott County Family Y

Brandy Donaldson, QC Empowerment Network

Amy Goldsberry, KONE Inc.

Greg Aguilar, the Chamber’s Director, Talent Attraction & Retention shares, “the YP Think Tank is a dynamic and passionate group of young professionals, they are building successful careers and each are leaders contributing so much to the community. I’m excited to have them all in the same room and hear their vision for attracting and retaining top talent and to make plans on how we can empower other YP’s to transform the region.”
