Finding and retaining top talent is highly competitive and ever evolving. According to a study by American Institute for Economic Research around 70% of young college graduates decide where to relocate based on quality-of-life factors. The Chamber has been busy this summer, showcasing the region to over 250 interns participating in our InternQC program with the goal of attracting them back to the Quad Cities when they soon begin looking for a career.
As their internships come to a close we have one last thing we must introduce them to... Quad Citizens like you! We need young talent to meet business and community leaders just like you so they can build their network and stay connected to the Quad Cities. We are looking for people that know and love our region to come aboard the InternQC Networking Express and share first-hand experience on why the Quad Cities is a location of choice to build your career.
