Over one thousand business and community leaders gathered last week for the Quad Cities Chamber Annual Meeting to celebrate companies in the region and hear from marketing expert Bonin Bough.
Bonin stressed that businesses need to help unleash employees' entrepreneurial spirit, showcase their success stories to the outside world, and create rock stars. He asserted that we are in the middle of a war on talent and we can't hire our way to our future. We must retrain our assets, the people who make up our organization, investing in them to grow them.
We hope every Chamber member will join us in building a culture in the Quad Cities that is not afraid to dream big, creating a community that is inclusive, supportive and powers up our people.
