For the past nine months Ignite Quad Cities, an initiative of the Quad Cities Chamber and The Technology Association of Iowa have been partnering to bring TechBrew to the region each month. TechBrew, an initiative of The Technology Association of Iowa, is a free casual networking event for entrepreneurs, educators, technologists, business people, and economic developers, and are hosted monthly in communities across Iowa.
“TechBrew is such an asset to the entrepreneurial culture we are building here in the Quad Cities,” says Julie Forsythe, Vice President, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. “TechBrew is something that communities recognized for having a strong presence of entrepreneurs and those on the leading edge of technology have. It’s been a great way for people to connect over a common interest, collaborate and hopefully begin new business ventures.”
TechBrew’s next meetup is from 5-7 PM on Monday, June 19 at Endless Brews in downtown Davenport. To register, click here.
