Chamber’s Mike Coughlin tabbed as Hub Executive Director
The Quad Cities Chamber’s own Mike Coughlin has been promoted to Executive Director of the Quad Cities Manufacturing and Innovation Hub. He replaces Scott Hutter who is now President of the Construction Division for McCarthy-Bush Corporation.
Coughlin joined the Chamber staff in 2013 as Membership Manager, where he also has been actively engaged in the Hub planning and development process for the past two and a half years. His experience in those roles developing relationships within the business community will help the Hub as it connects local members of the manufacturing and defense ecosystem as they grow, diversify, and stay competitive in the face of the technological change sweeping their industry.
