Davenport, Iowa—Lead(h)er founder, Melissa Pepper, will serve as a panelist at EntreFEST on May 5. The panel, entitled, “Mentors & Mentees: What it Really Means,” will focus on how to forge productive mentor relationships and the positive impact it can have on entrepreneurs and their businesses. Melissa joins fellow panelists:

Speakers at EntreFEST submit both video and written submissions and are selected from hundreds of applications. Melissa represents one of just two Quad Cities organizations featured on this year’s panel, which also includes Ryan Bell from Locals Love Us.
Melissa shared, “Lead(h)er has played a part in matching mentors to start-up founders here in the Quad Cities, and I am thrilled to be able to bring our story to a greater audience of entrepreneurs in Iowa.”
EntreFEST, Iowa’s biggest gathering of entrepreneurs and innovators, takes place in downtown Iowa City May 4 and 5. The keynote speaker this year is eyewear company Warby Parker’s Co-Founder and CEO, Neil Blumenthal.
