Davenport West High School INSPIREs students
Ensuring our young people are equipped with 21st Century skills is a key initiative identified as critical for our region to fulfill the Q2030 vision. The Q2030 Regional Action Plan seeks to position all area students to graduate high school interested and prepared for college and/or careers, whether it be a community college or university education, learning a vocational trade or jumping right into a high-value career. Davenport West High School is putting its students ahead of the game with the INSPIRE program.
INSPIRE allows Davenport West students to develop skills that lead to post-secondary careers or college. Students can choose from five academic disciplines: computer science, engineering technology, engineering, finance or health services. Through the INSPIRE program, Davenport West High School is preparing young people to serve our region well as the upcoming crop of creative people.
