The Quad Cities Chamber is successfully building a high-performance regional economy by mobilizing private-sector leadership and public partnerships to focus resources on economic growth. With our commitment to existing business expansion and business attraction, we were able to take advantage of an improving economic climate in the Quad Cities last year.
In 2015, the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce celebrated its five-year anniversary as a regional chamber of commerce. During the first five years, public and private sector investment has remained strong allowing the regional chamber model to successfully perform its core missions of driving economic growth and delivering value to members through advocacy and networking. During the 2015 fiscal year, exciting new efforts were underway with our regional partners: to create a vision for the Quad Cities and provide backbone support to Q2030: A Regional Action Plan; and to create the Quad Cities Manufacturing Hub. We thank all of our investors who commit to a strong Quad Cities region by funding the work of the Chamber as we continue to turn ideas and strategies into reality.
